All Things Made New Again

Each time the Doctor regenerates, everything is new to him again. A little snippet written for the prompt "after every regeneration a lot of things feel as if it were the first time he did them" at fic promptly. This could be almost any of the Doctor's regenerations, though it fits some better than others. I'll let the reader choose.
