Summary
Alexandra Bolt had proven to the military that she was more than capable of being a soldier and in response was assigned to a squad under the supervision of Captain John H. Miller. When the squad is given orders to seek out and protect a certain James Francis Ryan, she realizes maybe there are more important things than just winning the war.
