Nature v Nurture: It takes a Village

Summary
The village of Konoha has been steadily brought back to its former strength five years following the Kyuubi's onslaught. The Third Hokage does some introspection and realizes that his efforts in caring for Naruto as of yet have been unacceptable. In this case Naruto has a little bit more help from the right people as he starts his journey into the world of shinobi.
