Hell is hell. A desolate, war torn wasteland ravaged by perpetual chaos. Earth becomes the last sanctuary for the broken. One sanctuary specifically belongs to Hyoudou Issei; a totally normal guy who just sorta stumbles into abnormal things, somehow ending up becoming the physiological crutch for the broken.
