Normal has never been a word to describe Chloe. In and out of rehab, therapy wards, and mental hospitals for her schizophrenia, she's spent her entire life on pills and sedation. As a last resort, she gets shipped off to Lyle House for Disturbed Youths and ends up finding friends and love in those putrid yellow walls.
