Severus was imprisoned in Azkaban after the war. Even though it was not a life sentence, the Wizengamot decided a five year incarceration would appease the hatred of a public who still wanted Severus Snape punished for his crimes. This is the story of two enemies who after the war, attained a mutual respect that eventually turned into love through a shared correspondence.
