Summary
A change of occupation gave the Capitol the greatest scientific mind to date. However, Dr. Ryugamine perishes just as his experiments on Artificial Teigu comes to fruition. All he leaves behind is his son, Tatsumi, who shall serve the Capitol as loyally as his father...and who may hold the key to recreating those weapons...
