After dropping into Hell, and having his special brand of fun along the way, Joker learns a lot about this new world he now finds himself in. In particular he learns about all the Overlords, and already he has plans for one in particular. Now, unbeknownst to him, Vox has the attention of Gotham's most deadly killer, on top of whatever Sir Pentious has been planning for him.
