Fractured

The scattered remains of Shigaraki littered the floor of the warehouse. Katsuki's ears were ringing too loudly for him to hear Izuku's screams as he lay dying in his arms. He could count on one hand the classmates he knew for sure he still had left. Was this it? Was this what it cost to end the terror that was Tomura Shigaraki? Was it worth it? ...was it even really over?
