Judgement

Harry becomes Death after he sacrifices himself during the Battle for Hogwarts. This ultimately changed his and everyone else's destinies. This includes Tom Riddle, aka Voldemort. After some time as Death, Harry reaches out and reunites the seven pieces of Voldemort to make him whole again.
