Jaune hated being a conduit. He lost everything because of it. He lost his parents. He lost his sisters. He lost his rights as a person. After Delsin Rowe set him free, Jaune left Seattle to go to the first home of the very first Conduit who mattered. The Rebuilt Empire City was a place for people to start over and let go of the past. It's a shame Jaune's past won't let go of him.
