Hetalian

Reagan is a normal girl, living in London. Then she gets a neighbor named Alfred. He's from America, like her, but they're almost complete opposites, except for one thing; they both love to travel. She meets Arthur, his older brother in the park and all of their other Hetalian friends at a party her friend is throwing at her house.
