Post 3B, Elsa had done her thing and the problem was resolved, but Regina still hurt with Marian's return decided to continue on disappearing on everyone in Storybrooke. So a few found a way to give Regina another chance at happy ending. It tweaked Regina's curiosity and Emma was annoyed about it.
