(Based off the episode: New Kidney in Town) Meg is devastated when Brian reveals the sacrifice he is making by donating his kidneys to save Peter's life. While struggling to come to terms with his decision, Meg pushes her grief aside to help her youngest sibling as he too mourns for his best friend.
