Summary
Jessa and Grace are the Robin Hoods of Jump City. They steal from the rich people of Jump City who only get their money from drug dealing, black market, that stuff and give it to the poor people of Jump City who usually get overlooked by the authorities and the Titans. But when a robbery goes wrong and Jessa gets taken by the Teen Titans, will she rob Robin's heart as well?
