In his cursed Storybrook persona, Killian is Devlin Kragen, the lead singer of the band called "Captain Hook and the Jolly Rogers" and happens to be a bit of a rock star. And of course, like all rockers, he ocassionaly gets busted for debauchery. Except this time, he really wasn't expecting to get arrested by some bombshell sheriff called Emma.
