He's an agent of HCLI who specializes in eliminating their and their clients' enemies. He sometimes takes on missions for other organizations if it doesn't conflict with HCLI operations or clients. He occasionally comes across people from the anime/manga, either working with or against them. This story follows his adventures and gradually shines light on his past.
