Road Kill

Sonic finds himself in a hospital's hallway, holding onto a pair of blood-stained goggles. Turns out, Eggman had pushed him away from incoming traffic and is now crippled in the hospital bed. Yet, what puzzles the doctors is a strange gouge in the back of his head, and how the doctor is able to live. (Contains slight Eggnic.)
