The whole clan are over at the Potter Palace, Harry and Ginny are out and had set Teddy and Victoire on charge. Just when it seems to finally be a no-trouble day, Fred and James had to break into Harry's study, and found a time-turner. They accidentally travel to 1995, in the Order's headquarters.
