Why am I the Villain?

After the stolen Imperial shuttle had been caught from the explosion of the Second Death Star, Luke Skywalker, the Last Hope of the Galaxy, was dead. Or was he? He wasn't sure if the Force damned him, but why did he have two different organic hands? And where the hell was he? Whose unknown body was he using! And why were his 'supposed' ex-girlfriends plotting to murder him!
