Naruto: Hand of Thunder

I wanted to see if I could do a Naruto story, nothing too drastic, but it is a slight SI story, so bear with it if you want to. As for the OC's weapon, primary will be a sword and hook, like Xu Shu's weapon from DW, secondary will be a Katana.
