Summary
It's been 6 years since (sequel to)Lunar Incident. The newly reformed System Alliance begins exploring the paths of the three Empires and finds its first contact with another interstellar civilization. But careful scrutiny of the situation makes System Alliance expected to survive for 10 years. President Grissom is taking action to remedy this. The question is, is it too late?
