Draco and Luna grew up side by side until their fathers had a falling out shortly after Pandora passed away where they were only able to talk at Hogwarts, but even that wasn't often. Once the war is over they rekindle their friendship much to the surprise of their friends. Hermione Granger works at the Department of Regulation of Magical Creatures as a liaison between the Ministry.
