Jack Brewer is popular, Kim Crawford is a normal girl, One day Jack finds out he has cancer and is to embarrass to tell anyone, While Kim doesn't care and overhears Jack having cancer. She tries to tell her whole school. Jack is furious when Kim found out so, Jack does everything in his power to make Kim not tell the whole school even if that means liking her. (Jack X Kim)
