Keep Your Enemies Closer

Sherlock is headed toward exile due to murdering Magnussen. Mycroft wants to protect his baby brother, but when he makes a deal in order to ensure that Sherlock will stay in London, will it be too steep a price to pay? Will he be able to keep up his end of the deal? Or will his world come crashing down anyway? (My idea for Series 4, Episode 1).
