After Rocky fell in love with a female flying squirrel named Belinda, Rocky and Bullwinkle meet Belinda's old friend, a she-moose named Ginger. They share their tale of how they became separated due to the Pottsylvanians and their skills of deception. In the meantime, Boris and Natasha have a new, top-secret sinister plot that not even the narrator knows about!
