Unfortunate Sickness

After a certain mission, Naruto returns with Kakashi and Sakura as usual. As the days pass, he begins to suffer through a high fever and splitting headaches that debilitate him. Naruto falls into critical condition, and it seems like there's no way to rescue him from his impending death. What caused this, and will he live another day?
