Cecile isn't normal, as far as her fellow humans are concerned. A french singer and violinist who returned from a 3 year tour around the world back to her mother's home city of Detroit. However, she quickly learns that Detroit has changed. And, for the first time ever, she finds a friend. How ironic that the friend just so happens to be a Decepticon named Blitzwing. (Blitzwing/OC)
