End of an Era

After more than a hundred years following the demise of Voldemort, Harry finds himself staring the inevitable in the face and wishing that he had been born to Muggle parents, if only to avoid life without the woman he loves by his side. The battle against time has been long and well-fought, but an era must finally come to an end in a plain St. Mungo's hospital room. H/HR one-shot.
