Summary
AU: Set after the events of "Sonic and the Power of the Wisps-Alternate Ending" and "Kingdom Hearts 3/KH3: Remind"-While his friends secretly plan for his sixteenth birthday party, Sonic soon meets Sora who has found himself trapped in his reality and needs to find a way to get back home while his friends search a way to rescue him. Now Sonic and Sora join forces on a new quest.
