Naruto Uzumaki is, to put it bluntly, a loser. Having only the minimal amount of control of chakra to perform basic techniques and no talent for advanced ones isn't helping the matter. The Kyuubi is also rather useless when in the form of a little girl. Oh, but who are we kidding it's Naruto Uzumaki! He'll find some way to power through any adversity. Probably. Hopefully.
