Doctor Who and Jesus Christ

It is clear from some of the Doctor's off-hand comments, and from the fact that Jesus doesn't return before the end of the universe in 100 trillion A.D, that in the Doctor's universe, Christianity is false. This story comes from the question, "Then who was Jesus in that universe, and how would a Christian companion who thought similarly to me react to learning the truth?"
