Summary: Naruto goes missing after the mission to wave. A year later, an obscure tracking jutsu is used by Sabutobi, it reveals that Naruto is not in the Elemental Nations or on the planet even. Two years after that, using another jutsu, to appear where Naruto ended up, Sabutobi sends the teams 7,8,9,10 to locate Naruto in this new world. Tags/Full Summary inside.
