Frozen: Tsar's Ambitions

Arendelle has a very strong and controversial neighbour, ruled by an ambitions young Tsar of Cyrillia, who has the same power as Elsa. Before the events of Frozen, the two countries had no relations for the last 100 years due to past diffrences. Now the new Tsar is desiring to conquer all the Disney Kingdoms and tricks Elsa in to an alliance. The OC Based on Russian stereotypes.
