Mary never entered her sons room that night Azazel came to the Winchester home. Her sons weren't raised as hunters and instead had a normal childhood. However the Winchester children were always meant to be hunters and the day Dean arrives after four years of no contact and offers to drive Sam to Stanford Sam is introduced to the world his brother has been a part of for four years.
