They needed help in their own kingdom. With people moving against them at every turn Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup needed people of their own. People loyal only to them. Finding them wouldn't be the problem, convincing them though...that would be another story. The question would be, how much were they all willing to sacrifice?
