Summary
Wally West, an old friend with Aizawa,Nemuri and Yamada and hero of Japan was known as dead. He was remembered only by his friend but after the Kamino Ward accident a portal opened and Wally West stood there, back in the world of living. How will the Hero and Villain Society react to this mysterious man and how will his return affect the future of certain heroes?
