Alchemist and Pirates

The Straw Hats decided to take a break after escaping Ennis Lobb. So they go to a little country called Amestris, a place that has no connection or partnership with the world government. Is so isolated that there's not even a devil fruit user, only people that use a technique called Alchemy. While there they make a bond with two brothers, some military people and other characters.
