Summary
This is a world where the RowdyRuff Boys created by Mojo didn't exist. When the PPGZ gave up their white z-rays to defeat HIM 2 years ago, a tomb buried deep under Tokyo City was unsealed. In there laid the dormant Demon King and his two Shadows. These three were more powerful than HIM and easily defeated the PowerPuff Girls Z.
