Hunger Games - Chapter 2

As I grab my bow, I see someone from district 4. I took an arrow and put it at my bow. he raised his hands to surrender. I put my arrow down as he says "i'll get you next time, Everbean" he showed me mercy. I run into the forest, where I was made to kill. I rush as fast as I can. I stop and hear something from the trees... what was it? was it going to attack? I couldn't tell.
