Andy was a firm believer in the power of denial. If she acted like she was a perfectly mundane human that knew nothing of the supernatural, then she would have a much higher chance of living a long life. Knowledge was dangerous. Knowledge got people killed. She, as an Oracle, knew that better than most. But maybe the knowledge she feared would let her have that security she craved.
