Summary
Jack Frost wants to create the perfect winter, though his plans come to halt when he visits South City, a place cursed with heat. His confidence dwindles, though returns when he meets Elisa, whose wish for a white Christmas brings him to seek out what is preventing snowfall. Jack will do anything to make her wish come true, even if it means going against North's warnings.
