Reluctant Heroes

Hermione is struggling to keep herself together as she returns to Hogwarts for a one-off eighth year. When those she's closest to turn their backs on her, she finds comfort and friendship in the most unexpected places. The protectiveness of her new friends is certainly rather shocking, but nowhere near as much as the sudden romance blossoming between her and a blonde haired wizard.
