central city's new protector

After Barry goes back in time to save his mother from the hands of Reverse-Flash, he changes everyone's lives for good. When the speed force finds out what Barry has done they strip him of his powers for good. Now without a protector, Central City starts to fall until Caitlin Snow mentions she knows someone who can save them all, her long-distance girlfriend Rachel Berry.
