One Shot! Rock Lee was always considered to be the 'Good Guy', he didn't have a bad bone in his body. That is what his friends and comrades believed, that is what he himself believed. That is what Danzo wanted them all to believe. There was nothing the old war hawk would not do to put himself in a good position of power down the line and Rock Lee was just one of his many pawns.
