Amending Past Mistakes

Harry and Hermione get together for a special birthday for Hermione, and Harry accidentally reveals that he never loved Ginny, but that he always loved her. Hermione, being the bookworm she is, remembers something that will take them back in time so that they can live together longer, but something goes wrong, and the go back too far.
