What is Wrong with Harry?

Harry isn't the same after the death of Sirius Black. He now sees a muderous man named Erasmus that only he seems to see. Who or what is he? Is Harry only imagining him? Erasmus knows what he desires, and gives it to him in ways Harry could only imagine.
