Born as the daughter of Bellatrix but taken away for obvious reasons, Cassiopeia was raised a muggle until she got her letter age 11. However whilst out shopping for school supplies she bumps into Narcissa Malfoy who quickly realises that she's looking at her niece that was taken away all those years ago.
