Summary
When Zeref awakes outside Magnolia with no recollection of his past life, he is stumbled upon by Mavis Vermilion, who invites him to join her guild. Although Zeref doubts himself, and is unsure of whether he deserves to live for a second time, Mavis shows him that any life can become meaningful if you live it for someone else.
