Summary
Based off the actual second movie, the avengers are celebrating for New Years, getting wasted when Ultron, an unfinished lab project of Tony's gains a free will, unfortunately for them, it's an evil one. Elsewhere Naruto is ambushed by a powerful sorcerer, who wants something priceless from him, that something is Naruto's soul.
